Chatham-Kent native Daniel Whittal has come home, and he’s happy to be back.
Daniel is a bilingual lawyer (English and French) who is licensed to practice law in Ontario, New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. Daniel returned to Chatham-Kent to set up his legal practice after working as an associate in the New York City office of Paul Hastings LLP, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing law firms. Daniel holds an honours undergraduate degree from the University of Western Ontario, and two law degrees – an LL.B from the University of Windsor, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy.
In addition to being a Notary Public, performing all notarial services, Daniel practices Business Law, Real Estate Law, Wills and Estates, Civil Litigation, Employment Law, and accepts Legal Aid certificates for Family Law and Criminal Law.
